Updates
What's new in CupWatch
v1.3.1
Jun 25, 2026- Team stats load instantly when you reopen a team you've already looked at - no more waiting on each visit
- The Today countdown now shows every match kicking off at the same time, not just one - perfect for the final group round where two games start together
- Commentary is easier to follow: the away team's lines now have a dashed edge, so the two sides read apart even when their kit colours are alike
v1.3.0
Jun 23, 2026- New team pages - tap any team to see their group standing, recent form, full schedule, tournament stats, squad, and whether they've qualified
- Filter the Matches tab by any team, not just your favourites
- Richer match details - standout players for each match, plus play-by-play commentary tinted by team colour
- Live matches now headline the Today tab as a big, prominent card
- Goals from the same player are grouped onto a single line on match cards
v1.2.0
Jun 16, 2026- Post-match reports and recaps, right under the News tab
- Play-by-play commentary with event icons, and a reworked Key Events timeline
- Lineups now show the live XI with goals, cards and substitutions as they happen
- A "Happening Now" section that pins live matches to the top of the Matches tab
- A stage-segmented tournament progress bar on Today, and the top 15 scorers in the Golden Boot race
- Fresher data and lots of polish - faster standings after full-time, a cleaner match-stats card, and loading skeletons throughout
v1.1.0
Jun 12, 2026- A complete rebuild of CupWatch, rewritten for a faster, smoother side panel
